We have 4 MIG weld robots, 5 spot weld centers, a spot weld robot, and manual equipment for seam welding. Every year we deliver millions of e-coat brackets with weld studs and nuts for General Motors, Volkswagen, Ford and other automotive OEMs. Using MIG welding we mainly fabricate robust brackets for All-Terrain Vehicles. Spot welding is mainly used for sheet metal assemblies, housings and cabinets. Three of our welders have been certified according to a specialized GM training course. Depending on the application and volume, we use custom made fixtures and presence detection equipment as part of our zero defect culture.
